What type of valve is this?

I ordered a new dishwasher and I want to replace the valve from the hot water copper pipe since the current one is an old style and has corrosion on it. I want to replace it with a 1/4 turn valve. Anyway, I've attached a photo of the current valve. What type do I need to get to replace this fitting? I also want to replace the copper tube to the dishwasher with a flexible hose. What type of valve is this?-image-1805127014.jpg

You want 3/8 on the outlet. Your picture appears to be 1/2"

5/8 by 3/8 compression valve 1/4 turn.

Make sure your dishwasher line is steel braided. Some heaters on dishwasher can melt through pex lines.
