Washer outlet box piping

Hello, long story short, got a call from a buddy who just remodeled his laundry room...moved the slop sink out and put in a shower outlet box...long story short the walls are closed up and he has some issues. He never trapped the drain line..he tapped into the existing drain line using a wye connecter..right"up stream" he has a drain from his bathroom faucet (trapped under vanity with vent) Unfortunetly this is a a half full half crawl space basement with very limited space...is it possible to put a trap/AAV immediately where the drain pipe goes through to the crawl space? roughly 12" past where he tied in? I know it is tough to follow so I attached a quick sketch
