OK- Cut the vertical risers off, Remove enough material from each, then reconnect them using couplings. Abandon below the floor
An island vent is only for sinks and needs a foot vent- which you lack.
With what you have shown us in the video and picture, I'm surprised everything works.....

Eventually, I may want to make improvements, but right now I didn't budget in enough $$ to allow for a plumber to come in and fix all the stuff. The horizontal 3 in pipes that you see in the video are heading toward the kitchen, I assume that the toilet would be vented there.

Well that wasn't a vent pipe lol.....

Started to cut into it and I nearly started a great flood. No idea why this would need to be above the floor, but it is now below.
