Just installed new Korky fill valve and after a couple weeks the toilet suddenly stops filling
Is it the fill valve or my supply?
Anybody have issues with Korky products?
Turns out that it was the supply line. It is Watts flood safe SS braided flex supply line and Impedes flow of water when it exceeds preset flow rate
Anybody use these supply lines?
The floodsafe lines were a good idea that never seemed to work properly. A lot of guys on here will suggest using a Stainless braided supply line. I won't. I use 3/8" brass tubing supply tines that you bend to shape and cut to size. What a lot of people don't realize about the braided lines is that they are nothing more than a rubber hose with a braided sleeve crimped onto a brass connection. I have seen them fail enough times to stop using them.
