Sink Hole Shape Difference

I have an older sink with a teardrop shaped hole for the center part of the faucet.
The newer faucet I want to put in is a standard circular shape, which means the back of the teardrop, is open.

There has to be a product out there for this situation, but I can't seem to find it.
I don't need to cover the side holes, I will be putting the faucet handles into them, once I figure out the center.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the replys.

The old faucet was just bigger and longer, it did not have a plate, and I couldn't find any plates that really fit that teardrop shape.

I eventually just gave up and bought a more expensive faucet ($165 ridiculous!) that was ridiculously big, so it would cover the whole hole.
Even with the bigger faucet, the underside washer was only barely larger than the whole, so I had to tape it in place as I tighted the nut into it, so it wouldn't slip, but I finally got it done.
