Should i replace or clean this supply pipe?

Moved into this house about a year ago, and it was bank owned/vacant for something like 4 years.

I just plumbed in a whole house filter(a single big blue) and while doing so i noted the copper pipe had a brownish/black coating inside which could be rubbed off with my pinky. From where i did the work, the supply line travels about 25' or so horizontal before it branches off.

Would you replace that horizontal line? it's easy work given the open access, but wanted to see if i'm over-thinking the concern. Or, i could give it a cleaning: tie a 3/8 nut to a fishing line and pull that through with a damp cloth.

I believe that is normal oxidation.

If you are going to replace it, I would suggest using PEX rather than copper. Cheaper and easier.

Leave it alone. That is a biological film that is present on all old water lines. It actually helps eliminate lead in your drinking water from the solder joints. It's a good slime. :}
