Roof Vent or AAV for Garage?

I have a detached garage about 25X20.

Right now, there is one floor drain going directly to the main sewer.

I want to add a toilet and a sink to the drain system.

Can I just put a AAV behind the sink or should I have a vent out in the roof?

The toilet can be 15-20feet away from the floor drain.

Thanks

You need a roof vent for a toilet.

Can you tie a toilet into your floor drain?

Are you sure that the clean out goes to the sanitary sewer? I would expect it to drain to daylight some where. I doubt that the county or city would allow a garage floor drain to go to sanitary system. They certainly don't want you oil and grease in their system. Some places don't even allow house or basement floor drains to sanitary.

He said it was tied to the main sewer some areas prefer that.
