Repairing Cracked Nylon Washer?

Have a Moen bathroom faucet with a large nylon(?) washer type piece that has cracked in two. This model is no longer in production though MOEN tells me I could use a new nob assembly that would cost about $30.00.
I'd prefer to just repair this "washer".
My experience has been that most epoxies won't bond to nylon.
Wondering if PVC cement might work, or even one of those "super glue and blue light hardener devices"???
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Rob

We need a picture.

Is this a base gasket thing.

Can you use a tube of silicon seal to replace this.

Don't know what you're fixing, so let us see.
