I have an existing slab building that Im wanting to convert into an apartment. I have a basic floor plan that Im wanting to go with. Trying to figure out a decent plumbing diagram to figure out how much concrete Im going to have to cut out. any help is greatly appreciated. Ill attach a pic of the diagram of the 2 bathrooms, kitchen and laundry area. Thanks in advance.

We need to know a few things, what state your in codes vary, and location of the main sewer through the slab.

I'm in Illinois. The main plumbing will be to the left and down. The existing building is a big garage I'm going to turn into an apt. No plumbing currently exists.

Thanks for the reply. I wish i could help you but Illinois has it's own plumbing code and I do not know it. Perhaps we have a plumber that works in that state.

I sure hope so. We have one main plumber in our area that mainly likes to do big jobs so when he gets small jobs he jacks the price way up.
