My re-plumb job start

(Posted this to an existing thread but decided to start a new one so as not to confuse people)
Hey y'all. OverEngineer here making first project post. I'm working up my material list now to re-plumb through my attic with the Uponor expansion PEX. So far I forked out the $559 for the Milwaukee expander and next is the material order. My plan is to not use a manifold. My plan is two home runs of 3/4" hot/cold and split off of those with two of the 4 port EP pass through manifolds with 1/2" to the 4 locations I have to reach. I was also planning on using the 1/2" uponor drop bend in the wall at each of my stub outs under the sinks. To me that eliminates more connections. I don't have the software to upload my plans as that would help a lot, sorry. Thoughts on my idea???
