Moving a shutoff valve

I have a 45 degree corner in my bathroom. One of the shutoff valves is on the wrong side of the corner. Meaning it will be exposed when I install a small vanity.

Can I move the circled shutoff valve with all the metal studs in the way?

Any other ideas?

I think I can move the drain.
