Moisture??

Not sure what this is but it looks to be moisture coming through the tile. We has this bathroom installed about six months ago and had no leaks etc.? Yesterday was our first warm day of the year.... Could that have anything to do with it?

might be condensation---cold bowl and moist damp air---

Best to check---dry the area out with a hair dryer--then tuck some paper under the toilet(if space allows) and flush the thing several times---if the paper under the toilet is wet--replace the wax ring---
