marble sink repair

Have a marble bathroom counter with the sink attached.
The sink has some deep groove/scratch. see picture
Are there some filler I can use to fill in the grooves?
If not, can it be grind down and polish?

That is cast onyx ,I believe, and looks to be in bad shape.

It might be possible to polish that out--and yes, there are fillers made for just that purpose----they are epoxy based and might be available to the trades, but might not be available to you.

Replacing the top may be the cheapest and best solution.

I have to agree, not worth trying to fix.
