Yes, I agree. Unfortunately the reality of working with a very controlling personality is that they can make your life miserable. Esp. if they resort to lying & you don't. I guess that's life. Thanks.

Re: Kitchen sink drains into other side of sink

Is there a simple reason why the bathroom sink pipes would now begin to leak at the connections? It was the shower pipes, then after the tremendous rains, the kitchen sink outside pipes, now the bathroom sink pipe connections?

I forgot to mention that the house sits in a bit of a depression. It didn't really matter during the drought, but the ground is supersaturated now.

Also, there is a concrete foundation, I misspoke earlier.

I was wondering of the change in ground or air saturation, from very dry to very wet, could also affect the pipes?

I have a large pedestal sink for bathroom. Water in the smaller (higher) sink would swell up the larger lower sink before disappearing. There's no blockage in the pipes (new) under the sink. I had to replace the 70+ year-old metal pipe behind the wall (inner diameter of old pipe had been greatly reduced through the decades).
Have you tried sealant to block the leaking? If not then first try to seal it instead of replacing the whole sink.

Ayuh it was blocked outside the house. It was snaked after 12 days. He never got anything, it just cleared.

If I don't know what to do, & ask for it, they won't do it! It helps tremendously to have this information. Thanks

The bathroom sink leakage was just a rusted hidden hole in a pipe, so the pipe was replaced.
