Kitchen island plmbing


Does anybody see issue with this? Do I even need a cleanout?

I'm limited on space and more. This is only
Setup I can do.

There will be proper slope and AAV vent.

The right of picture is where it will stick out of floor.

The left is going to sewer...

Clean outs not required. You snake through the sink above after removing it's trap. Below is very messy.

PS Depending on your state an AAV may not be allowed.

AAV is okay per code here.

Will the clean out be an issue if I leave it in?
