Hwt

I'm renting new apartment, and they told me there is no Hot Water Tank in the building therefor no extra charges to be paid.

My question, does that mean there is no hot water in the apartments or what? Do I need to worry?

Re: Hwt

Don't you think you should be asking this question to whom ever you are renting from?

It would be rare to not have hot water in a building in the US, but you didn't tell where you are located.

Re: Hwt

Could mean anything from, they don't know what they are talking about to no hot water,to tanks in each unit that you pay for on your electric bill. You need to clarify with them.

Re: Hwt

My guess is that they mean they have tankless water heaters.
