Re: Help with plumbing venting solution

The thing to the right is the washer box must be 2 inch drain and 2" trap with 1.5 inch vent.

First fitting on your 4 inch is a 4 by 3 wye on the 4 inch you will install a cleanout w plug. On the 3 inch you will pick up your drains. Install the wye on its back install a 3 inch st 45 into the branch. Take 3 inch up so you can secure it with j hooks. Run 3 inch to toilet with a 3 by 1.5 inch wye going to the lav. You will vent with 1.5 inch on the lav. Run 1.5 inch with a 3 by 1.5 inch wye to the shower/tub install your tub trap keep your distance from the 3 inch to the tub trap under 72". No Vent.
After the tub install another 3 by 2 wye to the Kitchen run 2 inch to the tee in the wall 1.5 inch vent. 1.5 inch to the trap.

Use another wye 3 by 2 to run your washer box drain and vent. 2 inch to the trap and vent with 1.5 inch. Tie all vents together and exit roof with 3 inch a min of 12" below and above the roof.

Good luck.

Support all piping in horizontal at 4 foot intervals. Make sure it is pitched to drain.

3 inch 1/8 " per foot Minimal smaller then 3" 1/4 inch per foot fall.
