I just went through the same thing. I remodeled my kitchen and installed the disposal. Went to do the final finish pipe and the drain line was to high. The right way to fix it would be to pull that dishwasher out and start dropping the line from the right side of the dishwasher over to where it comes out behind the cabinets. You should be fine and have enough pitch. Demolition required. I know it sucks but look at it this way it's hidden from view and your lucky enough to have a solution. No body will even know it. You will feel better knowing it's pitched correct and never have to worry about it. Good luck.
