I have offered up all that I believe can be done unless you are going to take out cabinet back and try to re-work/keep existing vent line completely vertical using 45 degree bends...highly unlikely w/o physically being there (assuming it is not also running horizontal inside wall)... you asked; I answered... maybe another poster has a different idea (other than call a licensed plumber in area) regarding your vent dilemma ? good luck
