Do I need to supply 3/4" pex to a rain shower head/handheld combo?
I'm planning on running 3/4" pex to a submanifold layout in a house remodel.
When choosing a showerhead, what are the GPM guidelines for the sizes of pex? I am looking at rain showerheads with about 2.5 GPM flow, and will probably have a handheld as well.
Most of the smaller scale copper pex manifolds have 3/4 in and 1/2" out... though I could get a 3/4" passthrough manifold and use the other 3/4" outlet to supply the shower/bath if need be... but is it worth it to do so?
