Do I need anti-siphon toilet valve?

Hi;
I need to replace a Gerber Pilot Valve in my toilet. I don't necessarily want the Gerber part, as it appears to be obsolete. Everything I look at online is Fluidmaster, which is OK, but I think I want the "400ARHR High-Performance" valve . I certainly don't want the cheapest Fluidmaster model, as they have proven to me to be very unreliable and short-lived.
The problem is, the 400ARHR does not specify anti-siphon, so I assume it does not have that feature. Do I need the anti-siphon feature?
My water supply is standard residential from water utility. I do not have a backflow preventer valve installed in my main line.

Thanks for your help
FW

It says it is anti-siphon on their web page. http://www.fluidmaster.com/high-perf...performax.html
