If I HAD to guess, I'd say it's a Delta. But there are lots of Delta knock-offs out there. It'd be best to take the old cartridge with you to look for an exact match.

And DO NOT throw away the old cartridge until you know the new one works!

If no luck at the big box stores, take cartdridge with you to your local hardware or plumbing supply store and try to match it up there. Just a suggestion.

Also looks like there is some writing/numbers on the cartdrige. Google the number, it should tell you the brand.

Sometimes you get lucky. That number just looks like the date of manufacture. April 1st, 2003. No help.

Stay tuned, one of the plumbers may be able to id it for you.

I need help. I have this exact cartridge and the same thing happened. How did you remove it from the housing? The curved metal ring is stopping me from accessing anything. Please help. Thank you
