Ontario code is 135° maximum bends on a run or clean out is required.

I ended up doing this one (I was informed that an emergency floor drain has 0 fixture units, so there are a max of 6 fixture units on the drain line):

The inspector and I had a discussion about whether it was acceptable and in the end he agreed that it works. Thanks for all your help!
