bent/dinged main supply pipe through foundation

The copper water supply pipe for my house has a significant ding/deformity in it right where it comes through the concrete foundation wall. (Pictures attached. It may be kind of hard to see what is going on. The wire on top is a ground wire. You can see the ding right below that.)

Is this normal/okay? Is it something I need to get fixed? (Since this is obviously before any valves or anything in my house, it would be a nightmare if it broke open or something.)

Thanks!

The pipe was probably squished by the electrician who put the ground wire clamp on.

The clamp should be moved a foot or so along the pipe further in from where it isl.

It's anyone's guess as to how long it will last before it springs a leak.

If water pressure is too low because of the constriction, you could have it fixed now.
