Battery sump pump questions

I have a Simer Ace in the Hole A5000 battery sump back up. It was time to change the battery and I bought a brand new one that was fully charged and installed it. Both the battery ready green light and yellow charge required light are on. I hit the test button and it cycled. Any ideas if anything is wrong>

If I need a replacement battery back up, any recommendations?

Thanks

Verify that battery is fully charged with multimeter.

Unplug it for a minute, make sure all connections are tight, plug it back in, test again. Like a computer, sort of reboot/reset.

Link below has manuals for 5000-01, 5000-03, and 5000-04 and phone number for customer support. Just a suggestion.

Suggest the 5000-04 replacement if needed.

Others will be along with more advice/suggestions.

Yea, the battery probably wasn't fully charged yet. Should be good to go now.
