Bathroom Suddenly Not Getting Water - Very Odd

I have a bathroom whose fixtures all have been working fine. But suddenly, only hot water comes from the two sink taps (double vanity), and neither hot nor cold water comes through the tub spout. Actually, the hot drips just a little at the tub spout. Every other fixture in the house works fine. What could be causing this?

We live in the suburbs of Philadelphia, and we're experience some cold temps, but we've had temps near this before and never a problem. And why would all of the other fixtures in the house work fine except for this specific bathroom? I'm baffled... Perhaps a pipe is frozen somewhere? If not, what else could be causing this?

The fixtures not working --- are they against an exterior wall?

I suspect a frozen cold line. Your tub/shower is not working because it needs pressure from both hot and cold to function right

No, the sink fixtures are on a wall adjacent to the exterior wall, and the tub fixture is on a wall opposite of the exterior wall. But that doesn't necessarily mean that the copper supply pipes aren't running up through the exterior wall cavity; I'm not sure of that.

Is this because of the built-in mixing valve?

Your pipes are freezing. I dealt with this last year and I'm only about an hour away from you. Get some heat on those pipes.

Why is this, because of the mixing valve or something?

if its a newer faucet single control it is pressure balanced you need hot and cold pressure to operate properly...
