This the layout I see.

Wet vent the lav on the toilet vent
Enlarge the box to accommodate the tub trap

Re: Basement Stub In

If the tub trap has to be moved frame the wall against the foundation first to avoid any screw ups.

Re: Basement Stub In

Here is the closest thing that resembles a vent that I can see. NOt in the ceiling but does come down from one of the other bathrooms

That would be the upstairs toilet and everything else where it exits the building. @TheEplumber Will want to see anything else you have that goes thru the ceiling.

Re: Basement Stub In

Every plumbing fixture requires a trap.
Every trap needs to be vented.
Some fixtures can drain into another fixture's vent (wet venting). This appears to be the case with your toilet. I say appears because that is the way I would plumb your layout- based on the info provided by you so far.

We need to find a 2" minimum vent line in your basement ceiling or walls. This is needed to vent your basement bathrm through the roof.

The 3" as mentioned, is a drain stack for upper floor plumbing. It is no help in your situation

Re: Basement Stub In

that toilet is really tight to your tub dam;
it will barely work with 30" tub base & 2X4 wall
but if a 32" tub enclosure is used with 2X4 wall
from center line of toilet to tub dam measures 11"...

if your looking at any 1-piece tub shower enclosure;
I believe 32" is max width & you're better off
furring wall & insulating with best R value available

Peace
