? about plumbing code - 2 faucets w/ one drain

I have a 34" wide trough sink meant for two separate faucets (each facucet has its own hot/cold , then there is one shared drain in the middle)

Is there a certain way the supply should be piped in for code? Should there be 4 lines (two hot and two cold) coming out of the wall; or can I have just one hot and one cold pipe out of the wall, then a "T" divider that is exposed and visible under the sink cabinet, with lines then going to each faucet?

2 lines will be fine but I'd put in individual shut off valves for each faucet

A valve like this one would allow you to shut off one side to work on the faucet and still be able to use the other one.
