3/4 inch main line

Would using a 3/4 inch main line for the hot and cold that loops back to itself with 1/2" branches off of it provide better flow to each fixture?

Say if someone flushes the toilet while another is in the shower, right now the shower gets hotter because the toilet uses the cold water. would doing a loop with the hot and cold line help this as water would come from both both directions. so the first fixture in the line would not get all the water.

Hope the description makes some sense.

Sounds like you're doing fine.

Unfortunately there is not room to put in a true manifold system.

That is what a pressure balance shower valve is for.
