Protection from Heat of Stovetop

I'm hand painting ceramic tiles (alcohol ink paint) which I'd like to put in the back splash over the kitchen cook top. Does anyone know of a sealer that I can use to protect these tiles? It must be a clear coat, must not yellow and must withstand the high temperatures radiated from the cooking surface.

Thanks for all and any replies.

Do you fire the paint into the process? I don't know of any heat resistant "clear" product, but I understand what you want.

Re: Protection from Heat of Stovetop

Heat rises, there's going to be very little heat even hitting the back wall.
Most just have painted drywall with no issues.
