Need Help

Please suggest me an ECO-friendly material to create an interior decoration.
I found that EPS is an ECO-friendly substance. But I don't any more about the flexibility of EPS.Is EPS is good?

Re: Need Help

EPS is fine from an environmental standpoint and typically has the most innocuous "blowing agents" used in the manufacture of the foam. You will need to confirm this on a case by case basis.

That being said, foam cannot be left uncovered inside the home per code restrictions in most cases. Unless the foam is specifically engineered for that purpose, foams will require a fire resistant barrier (either ignition or thermal) depending on location inside the home.

Re: Need Help

In order to create an eco-friendly interior design the natural and organic materials must be used. Ditch particleboard, chromed metal, and plastic. You might spend more money on creating an eco-friednly interior design but the natural materials are also very durable and always good.

Re: Need Help

I found that "EPS is eco-friendly and is one of the few materials that can truly claim to be 100% recyclable, it can be reused in the manufacture of new EPS products, soil improvements, auxiliary compost material, added to other building materials and by fusion and granulation turned into simple products such as coat hangers and pens." from http://www.nppfdubai.com/en/contents/view/go-green.html
Does it cause any allergic reactions or any issues with child?
