Wood type for bathroom subfloor

I ripped out a section of rotten wood from my subfloor. It was two layers of 3/4" plywood.

What type flooring should I replace it with? And what grade of said wood.

The guy at the lumber yard wasn't really interested in engaging me and then offered me the most expensive plywood - $60 for a 4x8

I plan on installing a self leveling cement, then cement board then tile all on top of the plywood.

Thanks a lot guys.

Re: Wood type for bathroom subfloor

I'd be using Advantec instead of plywood.
Far more stable, no voids, more water resistant.
