Strand Woven Bamboo

Hello folks. In need of an advice.
I want to install strand woven click-lock bamboo on top of an existing pine subfloor. The subfloor is fairly straight. There are a few parts where it is bowed a little, but I think it is due to the joists that it sits on.
It is one of those row-homes that is long and narrow (12x48 feet).

Does anyone see a problem with installing a click-lock throughout 48 feet long floor. Do you think I would need a break, or if it's installed properly it should not raise.

Also, what is a good underlayment that is recommended for this type of install?

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
