The tile on my kitchen floor meets the living room carpet and there is a moulding to divide. The previous owner placed a line of caulk to finish the joint. The caulk is cracking and I'm replacing it but don't know what type to use. The old stuff is incredibly hard (laid about 10 years ago) and took a chisel to get out. Thanks. What type of caulk for floors?
That caulking was the wrong one to use, It needs to remain flexable.
Any tile store or box store will have caulking that will match the grout you have, If it's 1/4 or less use unsanded any bigger use sanded grout.
