pergo and problems

recently purchased pergo from lowes.let it acclimate for a week, moisture tests were all okay , but when i take the product out of box it is warped, you can put a straight edge on it and see the warp in it. every edge peeks up even before it is installed ,out of da box, neither pergo or lowes seem to want to resolve this issue, has anyone else had this problem or know what to do?

Argue with them. Pergo has always been substandard.

Many people have had this problem, this has been going on for fifteen years or more. Pergo is not a top-o-the-line product.

Take it back for a refund and use something else.
