NEED to fill cracks in sub floor and raise 1/2 inch

I have filled in a section of flooring but still need to raise about 1/2". I will be putting linoleum overtop. What product can I use to get this done.

Typically 1/4" underlayment grade ply is used as the top layer---However you need 1/2"==so sanded AB plywood would be a good choice---
