Joining dricore between rooms

I am doing hallway first and trying to go into a room now. But there would be a 2 inch gap along the wall of the larger room.

What's the proper way to go between rooms? Just cut it off and not join the rooms?

Re: Joining dricore between rooms

So you start with a 2" strip you cut off a piece and hopefully you get to use the rest of the piece on the opposite wall. This should have been in the layout plan.
