Identifying laminate: how screwed am I?

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know how I can figure out the brand of this flooring? I've checked a few places with no luck.

Installation date: At least 3 years ago.
Dimensions are 5/16" x 7 11/16"W x 47 13/16"L
Installation type: Angle angle

It has a slightly raised grain texture on the face, and the back side is sort of a maroon color. Anyone recognize it? Sorry for the pic quality. Thanks!

You omitted the obvious information. Why do you want to identify it? Fear of cancer causing emissions or hope to find more of the stuff? Lumber Liquidators was offering test kits for free if you are worried. If you hope to match it track down the former owners and ask.

Sorry about that, yeah I need to replace a couple pieces and asking the previous owners isn't an option unfortunately.

How is it attached to the floor, often they stamp on the underside a manufacturers stamp.

It might take pulling several pieces before you find a stamp, but it might not.

Previous owner should have left you a package with all the paperwork for this and any other appliances/ lighting/ faucets, etc. That they had installed.

take up the pieces you need from a place that will have furniture or whatever over them.
and swap them with the damaged pieces.

at 3 years, you are right on the edge of never finding new stuff.

Any local flooring stores nearby? Any big box stores close? You could take a piece to those places to see if anyone on staff recognizes it. It looks like a fairly common laminate. Someone that's been in the flooring biz for a long time could probably tell you the make after a quick glance. Worth a try if you don't have any luck with the other suggestions.

From the color of the underside, I'd guess that's Pergo. Iu put some down bout 5 years ago. The underside looked the same. Just a guess though.
