Anyone know what's up at Tyroc/BJET HQ? We got "faulty" Tyroc from them in early March [batch either last 2014 or early 2015 and deemed "defective' and "faulty" by their US Customer Service rep, Doug Weber, when I sent photos]. Cupping and dishing issue that prevented effective water seal w rubber and created photographing in carpet. Been waiting almost 10 weeks to hear when I am getting my warranty-guaranteed replacement and to get reimbursed for expenses we incurred having to rip up and replace new carpet. Even CEO Bob Plummer is not responsive to multiple emails/phone [though he gave different diagnosis than Doug]. The supply stores I've spoken to thus far are saying their stock is low, whatever they have is committed, and there's no incoming order. No answers forthcoming from Tyroc CEO or the US customer service rep in 10 weeks, and our local supply store has attempted to contact them many times and it not hearing back.
(1) Anyone else had this cupping problem?
(2) How did you troubleshoot?
(3) Should we abandon Tyroc in favor of something else, or does anyone have insight?
(4) If abandon, any rec's for a good moisture-proof sub flooring system [we are putting wool carpet down over and don't want mold]. Thanks.
