hooking up a propane stove

I'm looking to hook up a propane stove/oven at our camp. I need to know what size and type of fittings, copper tubing, valves, regulator, etc. to go from the back of the unit, down through the floor, through the exterior wall, and into a propane tank outside.

If you have never done gas lines before, I strongly suggest you call in a professional.

In most situations, LP lines are 3/8" copper and the ends need to be flared within the fittings that screw into the mating fittings and regulator. Flaring copper requires a special tool and some practice to get the flare right.

The last thing you want is a gas leak especially inside the home.

And especially with propane. It operates at higher PSI than NG, and it is also heavier than air, so it can settle undetected in basements.
