Carrier furnace pressure switch fault code

I have been trying to figure out why my furnace will run for a couple minutes and stop after throwing a pressure fault code. I really don't know anything about furnaces, but I took the hose off the pressure switch opposite the one that goes to the combustion chamber and blew in it and there was a lot of gurgling from water. I proceeded to suck all the water out of that hose and sure enough the furnace ran up to temperature and held the temp. Since then that area the hose leads to filled up with water and I had to suck it all out again. The drain lines from the furnace are clear and flowing. Can anybody tell me where that hose is leading to (it is leading to the area behind the inducer motor. Also why this may be happening and what I should do about it.
It is supposed to be -10 here this week and would love to get this figured out.
Thanks

Re: Carrier furnace pressure switch fault code

There is an clog somewhere in the heat exchanger that is not allowing water to flow out of it. Without seeing pictures or at least having a model # it will be hard to diagnose from here. Something to check though is how the furnace sits. Most all condensing furnaces need to be tilted forward to a degree (specified in the manual) to allow water to drain properly.

Check out this part..it is the Condensate Water Drain Trap:

If this part is plugged it will cause the symptoms you describe.
