How Would You Paint this Wall?

I need some ideas on how to paint this wall next to the tile accent wall. 20 total linear feet. Other than going REALLY slowly with a small paint brush, is there an easier way to paint this wall without messing up the tile?

I understand the accent wall and am undecided if I like it or nor but either way the edge of the drywall ,the way it is does not look good at all.why not paint some kind of molding or trim board to put between the two?

That's doable with a GOOD 2 1/2 inch brush. I like the Wooster Pro brushes from Home Depot.

How thin would "that thin be"? There are saws and planers that make wood any size you desire for any job.
