Re: Please someone help me now

An nobody better laugh

Theres no door on the bathroom an its next to my bed so now i cant sleep there Theres no way im touching him. He has big black eyes

Earlier today i flushed the toilet and it didnt flush right. I thought , great, another thing ti fix. Now I think it was him blocking the pipes.

I want him dead. Hes kind of up near the rim so my machete may not help. I have a .38 but dont want broken pieces of toilet flying around.

Re: Please someone help me now

I can sympathize a bit, I have a bee phobia. If one gets in the house it's all hands on deck to ensure it dies or I can't sleep/sit/be in the house.

Is it possible for you to get it out of the house or have someone come get rid of it?

Why are you scared? He may have gotten in your house & tried to find water. Didn't you say you had slugs in the house.

He's just a toad or frog. You can catch him with a can or big jar. Put the can over him & slide something flat under the can, pick it up & put it outside. Wash your hands.

Starting over, I couldn't help myself. Kidding aside, U.S. toads are not poisonous or dangerous, not do they cause warts. Put on gloves if that makes you feel better, pick it up and put it outside. Trust me, you can do this. Sweet dreams.

Re: Please someone help me now

They can jump pretty far. If possible i do release bugs, but this guys big. If he gets out in my bedroom I ll never find him.

The slugs were a few yrs ago an solved with foundation patch. This bathroom is on far side of house unlikely he hopped unnoticed all thru the house.

The way hes under the rim i dont think a jar will work.

I had s big one land on my bare shoulder once out in the yard. . It was wet an cold and I screamed

Aw @Startingover , that poor toad's more afraid of you than you can imagine.

If you can't get yourself to, maybe get another member of the household to let toad back out into the wild? Where it'll eat bugs, and stuff, and bring good luck as the Chinese like to say.

@Startingover Ick. We're gonna have to get him out so's you can sleep. Can you maybe get one hand on the flusher and use a piece of cardboard, like a soda box or similar large size to keep him in the toilet and flush him?

I'd just reach and grab and let it go back home.

That said, I understand that toads aren't substitutes for cute kittens or puppies.
