Other than that I'm fine, I just hate all this insanity of everyone thinking everyone has the death flu and doing crazy things that don't do any good.

Yes, it is a real picture that I took on my iPhone. I tend to see the world around me as an art canvas, especially in nature, so I tend to "paint" what I see in my head with an image editor.

Home in NY now. We got bored in FL, no visiting friends, no going out to lunch, nothing but sitting around. At least I have things to do in NY.

Re: How Are YOU Doing?

Late to this thread...

For me, it's the same old, same old except for:

Wife is still working from home (gah!).

We aren't doing any traveling when she is off, and we can't go out for dinner.

My honey do list demands immediate attention, or I look like a bum.

I slip away to the beach house a lot more often.

I watch a lot of reruns, and spend too much time on the net.

Actually, it's a pretty good life.

Re: How Are YOU Doing?

Michigan is coming back to life, even though the governor extended the stay at home order to May 28th. For about 6 or 7 weeks, traffic was light and gas prices were down. Now, we have noticed a lot more cars out on the roads and gas is back up to $1.89 a gallon this weekend. The lowest I saw it was $1.31 around the end of March.

I have not re-opened my daycare business yet. Some parents have called to ask when I will open and, to be honest, I really don't know. But I do know that I can't open until the governor says it's alright. I kind of miss the little munchkins, but at the same time, all this peace and quiet is pretty darn nice!

I hope you're all doing well!

Judy's knees have gotten really bad, it is all she can do to walk to the bathroom. I think they have her scheduled for next month, I really do hope so. Thanks for asking.

We were just asking the same thing, where is Yuri?

Thanks Nik, that is encouraging. She is going to have both done at one time so she can get over all that pain at the same time.

I just checked, the last time yuri was here was: Last Activity: 04-15-2020 11:15 AM

I really do hope he is ok, I sent him a pm, hopefully he will answer soon.

@BigJim , thought about you on the way to work this morning.

Sorry to hear about Judy. I've seen others suffer the agony of bad knees and hips.

Hope she's okay.
