Looks like a great place to learn

Hi-- I'm new ( what a surprise eh ? )
I know something about a lot of subjects... sometimes just enough to get myself in REAL trouble.

I have built a PC or 5 -- but not in quite a while now.

I'm a bit of a computer /internet /net-security/software-geek Windows ONLY though. Tried Linux a couple of times-- not for me. Never owned an Apple product. NOT an IT professional-- just an enthusiast.

I like to work on a LOT of things, especially cars--

any repairs you can do yourself -- saves you labor-costs-- so you can afford better QUALITY parts. I always recommend using the best parts you can afford.I have found many resources for good parts cheap-- and am happy to share. If you go with bargain-basement junk parts, well-- you usually pay MORE in the end-- because the good ones will usually outlast the cheap stuff .

I am not a mechanic -- I can't rebuild an engine-- but I have done brakes / shocks /some front end / cooling-systems ( basic types only ) / some exhaust... too old for the 'under the car on 'jack-stands' type of jobs any more.

Welcome: You will fit in great. We all have the same attitude of saving on labor for better grade parts.

I like your name there, I too hate bills, and being in debt.

Always keep my accounts paid in full.

BUT, BUT, if it were not for Bills, and junk catalogs, you would be unemployed.

No one writes letters anymore, it's all done on a puter. Or a Cellphone.
