Looking forward to trading know-how...

I'm in the middle of fixing up an old, run-down ex-rental home that is turning into my full-time retirement occupation...lol...

There's a lot of stuff that I know, and a lot that I don't. Hopefully, I'll be able to help others here with some advice, to balance out the knowledge that I acquire.

See you in the forum!

Re: Looking forward to trading know-how...

Hi codger and another welcome. Fixing old home to sell as a business absolutely requires getting them at a ridiculously low price. Once you decide what you want to offer, cut that in half and walk away. Most will let you go, but when one takes that offer you have a chance to make a buck. Remember, they are selling for a reason or two and they are not going to tell you why.

Lots of experience here and happy to have more help.

Bud

It's the stuff we don't know that we don't know that causes all the problems.
