Hello from St. Louis!

Hi there! Family and I have our 90 y/o house in Missouri that we did a lot of work on under contract with a new buyer, and are under contract on our next project in Illinois. Can't wait to get into our new space, and build a new workshop, this time with it's own dedicated service panel! Yes! Hopefully I'm up and running by Halloween. Let the games begin... again.

Oh damn! It sounds like you have a jam packed few months ahead, and I bet the prospect of a new workshop is exciting. Have you decided what you are going to be putting in your workshop? Any machines?

Anyway, welcome buddy! Hope you enjoy it.

Yep. They come up when you search us. Restaurant and a catering service if I am not mistaken.

It's going to be in the recessed third bay garage. First thing to go out there is the old but still working refrigerator, ha! Then going to build a nice new work bench, some storage, get the electrical panel up, conduit some additional outlets, and put out an air compressor and table saw (my grandpa's old Craftsman). I figure that will be a good start and an expansion on my smaller basement workshop now.

That's right, my sister's wedding that never happened was booked there.

Yeah, I sure will. First things first is just bring it up to functional for the wife and kids: extend gas line to range, new appliances and carpet. Then we're going to take a step back and prioritize what's next.
