Just saying hello, gonna be doing a lot of remodeling for a while and hoping the site will make it a bit easier when I ht a wall.

Im on the southern Oregon coast near Brookings. Trying to get a piece of property back to snuff after almost 10 years of negligent renters.

Hitting the wall is my favorite part. It means I have to set back and ponder the situation over a few beers and count it as work.
