Hello Guys n Gals,
Sorry I haven't been on the sight in a while. Elderly Mom w/dementia has used up most of my time. I really enjoy helping others when I can, and things have stabilized ( for now ), so I'll be back on the site 'til I'm not..
:vs_peek::vs_cool:
Welcome back and I can relate. My mother had demential/Alzheimer's beginning in 2007. She died in 2012. I was her primary caregiver for her last 6 months and, man, was that brutal. I was lucky to have help, but with work, raising a family, and caring for her, well, it just about broke me. Glad to here things have stabilized for you. Being on here might just be an "escape" from all that you're dealing with........

Thx all. And yes, it is sort of an escape from the real world, if only for a few minutes. It's become an " any port in the storm " thing.
Sorry for your loss Gymschu. Worst thing I've ever dealt with in my life.
But, It's gonna be 78 tomorrow, and my Harley is begging to be ridden.
Good to be back :laugh:
Good to see you back and I hope Mom is doing as best she can. That is a tough road to hoe as @Gymschu can attest to.
