Notifications STILL not working for me.

I use to get a email notification when a member was replying to my post. I no longer get any notifications. I have gone over all my Settings & still not working. Can a moderator or other member help me out on this. I'm currently using Explorer as my browser. Maybe that's the problem? If so, why. I do have access to Google Chrome, but I really like Explorer. I really do miss this notification feature. I think it's an important feature of DIY chatroom. Thank you.

PS- I did ask for help with this some time ago & I did review my settings as instructed. Nothing corrected. Don't know what I am missing.

The only thing I can suggest is to check your spam folder.

May also want to check if the site is on your ISP's spam list. If it is ask them to take it off.

#1) I have nothing going to my spam folder. I have also White Listed DIY Chatroom with my ISP.

#2) Good suggestion. I have not tried that one yet. I will give my ISP provider a call & ask them about it. There a small company & generally pretty good at helping with customer issues. I will give it a try. Thanks for the suggestions.

Re: Notifications STILL not working for me.

If you email also has a "safe sender" list, try adding these addresses to it

[email protected]
[email protected]

Also check if you have a "blocked sender" and make sure they aren't listed there

I received notifications from 2015 through November 2018 but since then I do not receive them. I have made no changes that I can think of that would cause this to happen.
